Upload Errors and How to Fix Them

"No internet connection"

Cause: Your device is offline.

Fix: Connect to Wi-Fi or cellular data. Toggle Airplane Mode on and off if needed. If using WiFi-Only mode, ensure you are on Wi-Fi.

"Network connection lost"

Cause: Your connection dropped during upload.

Fix: Move to an area with better connectivity. If Auto-Retry is enabled, the upload will retry automatically. Otherwise, tap Retry on the failed item.

"Upload timed out"

Cause: The upload took too long due to slow connection.

Fix: Check your internet speed. Try reducing upload concurrency to sequential (1 at a time) in Advanced Settings. Move closer to your router.

"File size exceeds 6GB limit"

Cause: The file is larger than the 6 GB maximum.

Fix: Compress or trim the file using a video editing app. This is a hard limit.

"Duplicate upload"

Cause: This exact file has already been uploaded.

Fix: No action needed — your original upload was successful. Tap X to remove from queue. There is no retry for duplicates.

"Invalid file type"

Cause: The file format is not currently accepted.

Fix: Convert the file to a supported format (JPEG, PNG, MP4, MOV, etc.).

Uploads Stuck at 0%

Fix: Check your internet connection. Force-close and reopen Kled. Ensure Background Uploads are enabled. Cancel and re-add stuck items if needed.

Queue Shows Items but Nothing Uploads

Fix: Check your connection. Verify you haven't hit your upload quota (check Profile). Restart the app.
