"Minimum cash out is $25"
Your balance is below the $25 threshold. Continue uploading diverse, high-quality content to increase your balance.
You need to complete KYC before cashing out:
- Go to Profile > KYC Center
- Complete the ID scan and selfie
- Return to Payouts and try again
Your yearly earnings reached $600 and you need a tax form:
- Go to Profile > Tax Information
- Complete the W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (international)
- Wait for approval (status: "Pending" then "Complete")
- Return to Payouts and try again
Cashout processing takes several business days. "Pending" means your request was received and is being processed. Allow adequate time before contacting support.
- Venmo: Verify the email matches your Venmo account exactly
- PayPal: Verify the email matches your PayPal account
- Crypto: Check your Solana wallet — transactions may take a few minutes for blockchain confirmation
- Check spam/notifications for payment confirmations
- Ensure your payment account is in good standing
- If not received after 48 hours, contact support
Earnings Lower Than Expected
Earnings are based on content quality, uniqueness, and AI training value — not volume. Review the "How Earnings Are Calculated" article for factors that affect your per-file payout. Common causes of lower earnings include repetitive content, content types that are already abundant in datasets, and low technical quality.
