Sign-In and Authentication Issues

Not Receiving Magic Link Email
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes — delivery can be delayed
  • Try using a different sign-in method (Google, Apple, password)
  • Check if your email provider blocks automated emails

"Invalid code" on OTP Verification

  • Double-check the code from your email
  • Use the most recent code if you requested multiple
  • Codes expire — request a new one if expired
  • Ensure you are entering the code for the correct email

"Too many attempts"

  • Wait 15-30 minutes before trying again
  • Verify you are using the correct credentials
  • Try a different sign-in method

Google or Apple Sign-In Fails

  • Check your internet connection
  • For Google: Ensure you are signed into Google on your device
  • For Apple: Ensure Face ID/Touch ID and Apple ID are configured
  • Force-close Kled and try again
  • Update Kled to the latest version
  • Restart your device

"Phone Login Unavailable"Phone-based login has been discontinued. Use email (magic link or password), Google, or Apple Sign-In instead. If you previously used phone login, you will be prompted to link an email.


"Link Your Email" ScreenThis appears for users who signed up with only a phone number. You must link an email to continue using Kled. Enter a valid email, verify with the OTP code, and you are set. This cannot be skipped.
