Supported Image Formats
Several image formats are supported. JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) is the most common photo format. PNG (.png) supports transparency, while GIF (.gif) supports animated images. HEIC (.heic) is Apple's default iPhone photo format, and WebP (.webp) is a modern format known for good compression.

Supported Video Formats
For video, three formats are supported. MP4 (.mp4) is the most common video format. MOV (.mov) is Apple's default iPhone video format, and HEVC (.hevc) is a high efficiency format available on newer iPhones.File Size Limit
Each individual file can be up to 6 GB in size. Files larger than 6 GB cannot be uploaded.
Important Notes
- The specific file types accepted may change based on platform requirements
- The photo picker and camera automatically filter to show only accepted formats
- Standard smartphone camera quality is more than sufficient — professional equipment is not required
- Original files with intact metadata (EXIF data, timestamps) are preferred
