What Are Location-Gated Tasks?

Some tasks require you to be in a specific geographic location. This ensures the content collected is authentic and location-relevant for AI training purposes.

Types of Location Verification

• City-Constrained — You must be within the boundaries of a specific city
• Pin Location — You must be near a specific point on a map

How It Works

1. Open the task details
2. The app will request permission to access your location
3. Enable Location Services when prompted
4. The app verifies your location against the task requirements
5. If verified, you can proceed with uploading for the task

Location Permission

You must grant Kled location access for these tasks. This permission is only used for location verification and is not required for regular uploads.

To enable: iOS Settings > Kled > Location and select "While Using the App."

What If I Am Not in the Required Location?

If you are not in the required area, you will not be able to upload for that specific task. You can still complete other tasks and regular uploads.

Camera-Only Tasks

Some location-gated tasks require you to capture content on the spot (camera only — no library selection). This ensures the content was genuinely captured at the required location.
